ATC Fairy Silhouette Inspiration and Color Burst Technique
Card
I used my Silhouette Fairy stamps and Color Burst powder
ink. I applied the Color Burst to a wet piece of White Neenah Card Stock and
cut into 4 pieces after the ink was set and dry. These 3 ACT cards were made
from one of the 1/4 pieces of Color Burst card stock and finished card size
measures 2.5″ x 3.5″
